Roku OS14.1 Breaks Control

Note: This Roku update impacts all control systems, not just Control4.  As of 11/14/2024, no date has been announced for the OS release.

To remedy this, you must manually authorize network access in the Roku menu, thus allowing Control4 to issue external commands.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Navigate to Advanced System Settings.
4. Choose Control by Mobile Apps.
5. Click on Network Access.
6. After the update, the setting is set to Limited by default. Change the setting back to Enabled and accept a security warning.
